The Gibraltar-Israel Chamber of Commerce led a historic business delegation visit to Israel, first time ever!

The delegation has encountered some of the leading entrepreneurs, institutions and companies that have made Israel the StartUp Nation and discovered the secrets that has turned Israel into a Technology powerhouse.

Visiting Israel’s three biggest cities- Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa, the delegation participated in the Tel Aviv Fintech Week Conference, visited tech hubs such as WeWork, Jerusalem Venture Partners and the Technion, and enjoyed networking with leading business people. The delegation was welcomed by the Israeli Ministry of Economy and Trade and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was congratulated publicly by the Israeli Parliament (Knesset) during a parliamentary session. No doubt, for many of the delegates, this first ever visit to Israel has been an educational, productive and enjoyable trip from which many new business opportunities will evolve.
